  プリンターのソフトウェアを企画をする際に重要となる考え方、得られるやりがいや大変さについて学びたかったから。情報技術者としてメーカーで働き、もの作りに携わりたいと考えていた。インクジェットプリンター市場で国内、海外でともに高いシェアを誇る貴社で実際にプリンターに関する業務を経験することで自分はどのような技術者になりたいのかということを具体的に思い描くことができるようになると考えたから。また、仕事をする上で大切となる考え方を身につけたかった。</p>

  主に取り組んだ課題は<br>
  1．vbaでマクロを組み、製品テストシートの進捗計算を自動化すること。<br>
  2．製品の機能や特徴を伝えるためのデジタルコンテンツのGUIの改善提案の二点です。その他にも部署の業務全体に関する説明や工場見学、若手社員の方との面談、朝会への参加、1週間終えてのフィードバック、最終報告などを行いました。</p>

  1．        vbaでマクロを組み、製品テストシートの進捗計算の課題の詳細<br>
  （1.「新規でExcelを作り、入力値100コの平均値、最大値、最小値をマクロ計算で出す」機能を作る。<br>
  2．ボタンを押したら動くようにする。<br>
  3．テストシートごとの「実施日」のセルの番号もしくは列番号を取得するマクロを作成する。<br>
  4．テストシートの担当者名を記入してある列番号をvbaで取得できるようにする。<br>
  5．各テストシートごとに、実施日、担当者列番号を取得するマクロをvbaで作る。<br>
  6．取得した列番号をもとにそのテストシートの列の参照用の文字列を作成する担当者、実施日毎にテスト実施数を計算する。）<br>
  VBAに触れたことがなかったので基本的な部分から課題を出していただきました。私が調べて課題を解決していき、分からない部分は相談をする、ということをしました。<br>
  スケジュールは以下の通りです。<br>
  1日目:会社概要の説明、所属部署の仕事概要説明<br>
  2日目～4日目: vbaでマクロを組み、製品テストシートの進捗計算を自動化すること。工場見学。フィードバック。<br>
  5~7日目：製品の機能や特徴を伝えるためのデジタルコンテンツのGUIの改善提案<br>
  8～9日目マクロを組む作業のつづき<br>
  10日目：最終報告</p>
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p07">インターンシップで得たものや成長できた点</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  一つ目の課題ではvbaでマクロを組み、作業を自動化する上で必要となる基礎的な知識・技術を習得することができた。初めは触れたことがない状態であったが基本的なプログラムは読み書きできるようになりました。また、チームで使用するツールを作成する際に大切となることを学べた。コメントを残したり、インデントを揃えたり、効率の良いプログラムにしたり、変数を減らしたりするのは、拡張したり、他の人が読みやすくなるという点で重要なことであると理解できた。<br>
  二つ目の課題では「社会人として「仕事」をする上で大切な振る舞い方を知ることができた」この課題では私の認識が間違っていた部分があり、十分な成果を出すことができませんでした。この課題は最初に詳細な情報は伝えず、私が構想を練り、それを伝えて確認をしながら進めていくというものであったようだ。結果的に認識の違いを確認せずに続けてしまったため、向こうが想定したものとは違う成果物ができあがってしまった。

  情報系の技術者としてメーカーで働きたいという思いはさらに強くなりました。なぜなら、実際にメーカーで働いてみて自分が作ったものが発売されるということは魅力的であるとあらためて感じたからです。地方の大企業というのも良いと感じた。セイコーエプソンは長野の大企業であり、その地方では大きな影響力を持っていた。地域に貢献できるという実感を強く感じられると思いました。</p>

  <p class="column-p">
  自分が学んだことを以下に詳細に記述しました。読んでみて興味を持った方は多くのことを学べるので是非、参加してみてください。時計の事業では上流工程から下流工程まで携われることを知れた。これらの目標の他にも2週間滞在したことで得られたことがありました。社内環境、事業所周りの生活環境に関してです。1日8時間働くのは想像以上に大変でした。休暇や残業に関してはしっかりと聞いたことが良いというのが納得できました。自分の中で生活環境について考える機会にもなりました。長野での生活は過ごしやすかったです。自分の中で地方に一人でいってもなんとかなると感じた。また、仕事選びについてのアドバイスも多くいただいた。「遠い将来設計やキャリアプランを立てることが大切」という言葉が印象的でしたこれに関しては結論がでていないので探します。メーカーで働く際は「扱う商品に愛着を持てるか」が大切であると感じました。四六時中その製品のことを考えて仕事をするので、好きな製品を扱った方が良いと感じた。今回、時計の事業に携わり、自分は時計が好きだと感じた。やりがいが何なのかを聞いたところ設計に携わったモノが店頭にならんでいるのを見たときとおっしゃっていまいた。そういう点では成果が見えやすく、やりがいを感じやすいと感じた全体を通じて「働く」ことに関して学ぶ良い機会となりました。</span></p><?php  echo $this->element('column_company_link'); ?>

  私は設計の仕事への興味と大きな企業で働きたいという思いがあったため、設計開発の体験ができ、従業員数の多い企業のインターンシップを就活サイトで探していました。また、設計の仕事がどのようなものであり、どのようなスキルが必要で自分に向いているのかを知るには、長期である必要があると考えたため期間は1週間以上で探していました。そして、数社に候補を絞りそれらの企業に応募し、合格した中で最も興味のあったセイコーエプソン株式会社のインターンシップに参加しました。</p>

  １日目は、オープニングを行い社員の方々や他の学生と情報交換しました。<br>
  ２日目は、e-learningと部長や課長との顔見せ会を行いました。<br>
  3日目は、3DCADの練習およびCAEの基本学習を行いました。<br>
  ４日目は、3DCADを用いて簡単な製品の図面作成とCAEの体験として社員の方に教えてもらいながら解析を行いました。<br>
  ５日目は、作成した図面の修正とCAE解析を条件を変えて行いました。<br>
  ６日目は、CADで少し複雑な形状の製品の図面作成とCAE解析で求めた結果の比較と分析を行いました。<br>
  ７日目は、CADでさらに複雑な形状の製品の図面作成とCAE解析で求めた結果で良くない結果が出た部分をパラメータ等を変え、シミュレーションを何度も繰り返し行いました。<br>
  ８日目は、10日目にある最終報告会で使う資料の作成とシミュレーションにより得られたデータの整理を行いました。<br>
  ９日目は、発表資料の続きと人事との面談がありました。面談では１日目から９日目までの振り返りや感想、学んだことなどを聞かれました。<br>
  １０日目は、部長や課長の前で最終報告会を行いました。最終報告会ではインターンシップで行ったことやそこから学んだこと、それらを今後どのように活かしていくかについて発表しました。また、発表後には部長と課長から感想や質問があり、これからの就職活動のアドバイスを頂きました</p>
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p18">インターンシップで得たものや成長できた点</h3>

  私は元々は大まかに設計の仕事がしたいと考えていましたが、2週間インターンシップで設計の仕事をされている方に混ざって仕事を体験してことで、設計において必要なスキルや技術者の方は何を考えて仕事されているのかを知ることができました。また、最終報告会で部長さんに私が設計の仕事に向いていると言っていただいたので、その言葉を信じてその後の就職活動でも設計の仕事ができる企業を探すことができました。<br>
  理系で技術系の仕事に就きたいと考えているのなら、正直なところ一日二日では分からないことが多いので、長期インターンシップに行くべきであると思いました。</p>

  技術系の仕事に就きたいと考えている学生は時間が許すなら、長期インターンシップに参加すべきだと思います。長期インターンシップに参加することで仕事内容や職場の雰囲気などが詳しく分かり、普段話すことのない日本全国の学生と話すことで情報収集もできるので、就職活動がしやすくなると思います。さらに、インターンシップ参加者限定のイベントや早期選考、一次面接の免除等がある企業もあるので是非インターンシップには参加すべきだと思います。</span></p>

  ウェアラブル製品の開発に最近力を入れていることを知ったため。自分は元々運動やスポーツが好きで、将来は運動にまつわることがしたいなと考えていた。また、電気科出身でありプログラミングや回路設計を行ったことがあったので、そういった技術をスポーツに取り入れられることに非常に魅力を感じたので、エプソンではどのような製品を開発しているのか、この機会にぜひとも知りたいと思ったため。エプソンの製品というのは家庭にも多く普及されており、非常に魅力を感じる企業であったため。

  特に質問などは無かった。また、事前課題としてエプソンの企業理念などを紹介した動画を見て、それの確認のための複数のクイズに解答して提出した。

  主に行ったことは、まずはエプソンの企業体制の説明を聞く、各事業の詳しい説明を聞いた後それぞれのグループの方に質疑応答の時間があり、その後グループワークを行った。
  企業体制の説明はエプソンがどのような会社を目指しているのか、今後はどのような部門に取り組むのかを営業の方から説明を聞いた。<br>
  その後エプソンの各事業の具体的な仕事内容やどのような知識を聞いた後、参加者を小グループに分けて、各事業の担当の社員の方に質疑応答をする時間が設けられ、初年度は研修を受ける期間などはあるのか、どういうところが大変かなど参加者が気になっていることを自由に質問することが出来た。<br>
  最後は先程の小グループでグループワークを行った。内容は月に不時着したと想定して紙に書かれたアイテムを生き延びるのに必要な順に順番を決めるというものであった。初めは個人で順番を付けてその後話し合いをしてどれを優先すべきか、グループで一つの解答を作った。この問題には解答があり、答え合わせを最後に行って全体のインターンは終了となった。<br>
  その後任意で現在どのような製品開発を行っているのかを30分程で説明を聞き、開発中の製品を見せてもらったら。内容はこれで終了であった。

  まず一つは説明を聞いて、大元の開発技術、背景を大事にしつつ、他社や客の要望も取り入れた製品を開発しているということを学べることができた。<br>
  次に成長出来たこととしてはグループワークを通して、他人の意見を尊重しつつも自分の意見もしっかり述べるというチームワークの大切さである。相手の意見が違うからといって否定するのではなく、なるほどそういう考え方もあるのかというプラスの考えをすることにより、自分の発想力の豊かさにつながると感じた。

  プリンタに関わるハードウェアの設計からソフトウェアまで色々やりたいことがある方にはオススメ出来ると思う。エプソンは大きくわけて4つのグループの事業を進めているので全てのグループの説明を聞いてみると自分がやりたいこと、向いてることが見つかると思う。

  まずはホームページなどを見てどういう企業なのか、製品の内容だけでも目を通しておくと良いと思う。短期のインターンシップでは先輩の社員の方に色々と質問をする時間がかかる設けられていると思うので恥ずかしがらずに聞けることは全て聞いてしまった方が色々とエプソンでの働き方が見えてくるはず。インターンシップは夏期に長期であり、その後に短期のインターンシップが複数回あり、夏期の方は長野で行うため、仮にそちらに行かなくても短期のインターンシップで説明を聞くだけでも十分に自分のためになると思います。

  プリンターのソフトウェアを企画をする際に重要となる考え方、得られるやりがいや大変さについて学びたかったから。情報技術者としてメーカーで働き、もの作りに携わりたいと考えていた。インクジェットプリンター市場で国内、海外でともに高いシェアを誇る貴社で実際にプリンターに関する業務を経験することで自分はどのような技術者になりたいのかということを具体的に思い描くことができるようになると考えたから。また、仕事をする上で大切となる考え方を身につけたかった。</p>

  主に取り組んだ課題は<br>
  1．vbaでマクロを組み、製品テストシートの進捗計算を自動化すること。<br>
  2．製品の機能や特徴を伝えるためのデジタルコンテンツのGUIの改善提案の二点です。その他にも部署の業務全体に関する説明や工場見学、若手社員の方との面談、朝会への参加、1週間終えてのフィードバック、最終報告などを行いました。</p>
  
  <p class="column-p">
  1．        vbaでマクロを組み、製品テストシートの進捗計算の課題の詳細<br>
  （1.「新規でExcelを作り、入力値100コの平均値、最大値、最小値をマクロ計算で出す」機能を作る。<br>
  2．ボタンを押したら動くようにする。<br>
  3．テストシートごとの「実施日」のセルの番号もしくは列番号を取得するマクロを作成する。<br>
  4．テストシートの担当者名を記入してある列番号をvbaで取得できるようにする。<br>
  5．各テストシートごとに、実施日、担当者列番号を取得するマクロをvbaで作る。<br>
  6．取得した列番号をもとにそのテストシートの列の参照用の文字列を作成する担当者、実施日毎にテスト実施数を計算する。）<br>
  VBAに触れたことがなかったので基本的な部分から課題を出していただきました。私が調べて課題を解決していき、分からない部分は相談をする、ということをしました。<br>
  スケジュールは以下の通りです。<br>
  1日目:会社概要の説明、所属部署の仕事概要説明<br>
  2日目～4日目: vbaでマクロを組み、製品テストシートの進捗計算を自動化すること。工場見学。フィードバック。<br>
  5~7日目：製品の機能や特徴を伝えるためのデジタルコンテンツのGUIの改善提案<br>
  8～9日目マクロを組む作業のつづき<br>
  10日目：最終報告</p>
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p07">インターンシップで得たものや成長できた点</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  一つ目の課題ではvbaでマクロを組み、作業を自動化する上で必要となる基礎的な知識・技術を習得することができた。初めは触れたことがない状態であったが基本的なプログラムは読み書きできるようになりました。また、チームで使用するツールを作成する際に大切となることを学べた。コメントを残したり、インデントを揃えたり、効率の良いプログラムにしたり、変数を減らしたりするのは、拡張したり、他の人が読みやすくなるという点で重要なことであると理解できた。<br>
  二つ目の課題では「社会人として「仕事」をする上で大切な振る舞い方を知ることができた」この課題では私の認識が間違っていた部分があり、十分な成果を出すことができませんでした。この課題は最初に詳細な情報は伝えず、私が構想を練り、それを伝えて確認をしながら進めていくというものであったようだ。結果的に認識の違いを確認せずに続けてしまったため、向こうが想定したものとは違う成果物ができあがってしまった。

  情報系の技術者としてメーカーで働きたいという思いはさらに強くなりました。なぜなら、実際にメーカーで働いてみて自分が作ったものが発売されるということは魅力的であるとあらためて感じたからです。地方の大企業というのも良いと感じた。セイコーエプソンは長野の大企業であり、その地方では大きな影響力を持っていた。地域に貢献できるという実感を強く感じられると思いました。</p>

  <p class="column-p">
  自分が学んだことを以下に詳細に記述しました。読んでみて興味を持った方は多くのことを学べるので是非、参加してみてください。時計の事業では上流工程から下流工程まで携われることを知れた。これらの目標の他にも2週間滞在したことで得られたことがありました。社内環境、事業所周りの生活環境に関してです。1日8時間働くのは想像以上に大変でした。休暇や残業に関してはしっかりと聞いたことが良いというのが納得できました。自分の中で生活環境について考える機会にもなりました。長野での生活は過ごしやすかったです。自分の中で地方に一人でいってもなんとかなると感じた。また、仕事選びについてのアドバイスも多くいただいた。「遠い将来設計やキャリアプランを立てることが大切」という言葉が印象的でしたこれに関しては結論がでていないので探します。メーカーで働く際は「扱う商品に愛着を持てるか」が大切であると感じました。四六時中その製品のことを考えて仕事をするので、好きな製品を扱った方が良いと感じた。今回、時計の事業に携わり、自分は時計が好きだと感じた。やりがいが何なのかを聞いたところ設計に携わったモノが店頭にならんでいるのを見たときとおっしゃっていまいた。そういう点では成果が見えやすく、やりがいを感じやすいと感じた全体を通じて「働く」ことに関して学ぶ良い機会となりました。</span></p><?php  echo $this->element('column_company_link'); ?>

  私は設計の仕事への興味と大きな企業で働きたいという思いがあったため、設計開発の体験ができ、従業員数の多い企業のインターンシップを就活サイトで探していました。また、設計の仕事がどのようなものであり、どのようなスキルが必要で自分に向いているのかを知るには、長期である必要があると考えたため期間は1週間以上で探していました。そして、数社に候補を絞りそれらの企業に応募し、合格した中で最も興味のあったセイコーエプソン株式会社のインターンシップに参加しました。</p>

  １日目は、オープニングを行い社員の方々や他の学生と情報交換しました。<br>
  ２日目は、e-learningと部長や課長との顔見せ会を行いました。<br>
  3日目は、3DCADの練習およびCAEの基本学習を行いました。<br>
  ４日目は、3DCADを用いて簡単な製品の図面作成とCAEの体験として社員の方に教えてもらいながら解析を行いました。<br>
  ５日目は、作成した図面の修正とCAE解析を条件を変えて行いました。<br>
  ６日目は、CADで少し複雑な形状の製品の図面作成とCAE解析で求めた結果の比較と分析を行いました。<br>
  ７日目は、CADでさらに複雑な形状の製品の図面作成とCAE解析で求めた結果で良くない結果が出た部分をパラメータ等を変え、シミュレーションを何度も繰り返し行いました。<br>
  ８日目は、10日目にある最終報告会で使う資料の作成とシミュレーションにより得られたデータの整理を行いました。<br>
  ９日目は、発表資料の続きと人事との面談がありました。面談では１日目から９日目までの振り返りや感想、学んだことなどを聞かれました。<br>
  １０日目は、部長や課長の前で最終報告会を行いました。最終報告会ではインターンシップで行ったことやそこから学んだこと、それらを今後どのように活かしていくかについて発表しました。また、発表後には部長と課長から感想や質問があり、これからの就職活動のアドバイスを頂きました</p>
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p18">インターンシップで得たものや成長できた点</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  私は元々は大まかに設計の仕事がしたいと考えていましたが、2週間インターンシップで設計の仕事をされている方に混ざって仕事を体験してことで、設計において必要なスキルや技術者の方は何を考えて仕事されているのかを知ることができました。また、最終報告会で部長さんに私が設計の仕事に向いていると言っていただいたので、その言葉を信じてその後の就職活動でも設計の仕事ができる企業を探すことができました。<br>
  理系で技術系の仕事に就きたいと考えているのなら、正直なところ一日二日では分からないことが多いので、長期インターンシップに行くべきであると思いました。</p>

  技術系の仕事に就きたいと考えている学生は時間が許すなら、長期インターンシップに参加すべきだと思います。長期インターンシップに参加することで仕事内容や職場の雰囲気などが詳しく分かり、普段話すことのない日本全国の学生と話すことで情報収集もできるので、就職活動がしやすくなると思います。さらに、インターンシップ参加者限定のイベントや早期選考、一次面接の免除等がある企業もあるので是非インターンシップには参加すべきだと思います。</span></p>

  ウェアラブル製品の開発に最近力を入れていることを知ったため。自分は元々運動やスポーツが好きで、将来は運動にまつわることがしたいなと考えていた。また、電気科出身でありプログラミングや回路設計を行ったことがあったので、そういった技術をスポーツに取り入れられることに非常に魅力を感じたので、エプソンではどのような製品を開発しているのか、この機会にぜひとも知りたいと思ったため。エプソンの製品というのは家庭にも多く普及されており、非常に魅力を感じる企業であったため。

  ESは自分の所属している学校や学科などの基本的な個人のステータスについて、<span class="hide_box_4">
  特に質問などは無かった。また、事前課題としてエプソンの企業理念などを紹介した動画を見て、それの確認のための複数のクイズに解答して提出した。

  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p28">インターンシップで体験した仕事内容</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  主に行ったことは、まずはエプソンの企業体制の説明を聞く、各事業の詳しい説明を聞いた後それぞれのグループの方に質疑応答の時間があり、その後グループワークを行った。
  企業体制の説明はエプソンがどのような会社を目指しているのか、今後はどのような部門に取り組むのかを営業の方から説明を聞いた。<br>
  その後エプソンの各事業の具体的な仕事内容やどのような知識を聞いた後、参加者を小グループに分けて、各事業の担当の社員の方に質疑応答をする時間が設けられ、初年度は研修を受ける期間などはあるのか、どういうところが大変かなど参加者が気になっていることを自由に質問することが出来た。<br>
  最後は先程の小グループでグループワークを行った。内容は月に不時着したと想定して紙に書かれたアイテムを生き延びるのに必要な順に順番を決めるというものであった。初めは個人で順番を付けてその後話し合いをしてどれを優先すべきか、グループで一つの解答を作った。この問題には解答があり、答え合わせを最後に行って全体のインターンは終了となった。<br>
  その後任意で現在どのような製品開発を行っているのかを30分程で説明を聞き、開発中の製品を見せてもらったら。内容はこれで終了であった。

  まず一つは説明を聞いて、大元の開発技術、背景を大事にしつつ、他社や客の要望も取り入れた製品を開発しているということを学べることができた。<br>
  次に成長出来たこととしてはグループワークを通して、他人の意見を尊重しつつも自分の意見もしっかり述べるというチームワークの大切さである。相手の意見が違うからといって否定するのではなく、なるほどそういう考え方もあるのかというプラスの考えをすることにより、自分の発想力の豊かさにつながると感じた。

  プリンタに関わるハードウェアの設計からソフトウェアまで色々やりたいことがある方にはオススメ出来ると思う。エプソンは大きくわけて4つのグループの事業を進めているので全てのグループの説明を聞いてみると自分がやりたいこと、向いてることが見つかると思う。

  まずはホームページなどを見てどういう企業なのか、製品の内容だけでも目を通しておくと良いと思う。短期のインターンシップでは先輩の社員の方に色々と質問をする時間がかかる設けられていると思うので恥ずかしがらずに聞けることは全て聞いてしまった方が色々とエプソンでの働き方が見えてくるはず。インターンシップは夏期に長期であり、その後に短期のインターンシップが複数回あり、夏期の方は長野で行うため、仮にそちらに行かなくても短期のインターンシップで説明を聞くだけでも十分に自分のためになると思います。
