  金融業界に興味があり、その中でもクレジットカード業界について理解を深めたかったから。特にジェーシービーは様々な媒体で就活生向けに会社紹介を行っていて見かける機会が多く、日本唯一のブランドホルダーであると知り、クレジットカード会社としても特別な位置にあることから、参加するのであれば他ではなくジェーシービーのインターンシップで業界研究を進めたいと考えたから。会社規模も大きく、会社紹介もふまえて自分が実際に働くことになったとしても全国で活躍し成長できる場所であると考え、興味が湧いた。</p>
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p04">インターンシップ参加のための選考や参加に向けて準備したこと</h3>

  特にありません。事前に簡単な会社・業界紹介のセミナー（動画配信）があり、それをしっかり視聴しました。</p>

  <p class="column-p">
  
  エントリーシートではインターンシップの志望動機と学生時代に注力していることを問われた。面接は10分間しかなく、<span class="hide_box_4">エントリーシートにもとづきそこに書かれている内容にまつわる質問をいくつか受けた。キャッシュレス事業に興味を持った理由や、学生時代に力を入れてきたことの詳細など、限られた時間の中で面接官がいくつかピックアップして質問する形式であった。</p>
  
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p06">インターンシップで体験した仕事内容</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  3日間を通じてチームでグループワークに取り組んだが、仕事体験ではなかった。インド、インドネシア、ベトナムのうちから一か国を選択し、その国の社会を大きく変えるようなビジネスをジェーシービーのアセットを用いて考え提案する、というのがその内容であった。したがってインターンシップであるにもかかわらず仕事体験は行えず、単なるグループ発表会となっていた。ただ、途中で社員の方にいつでも質問したり、これら3か国に実際に駐在している/いた社員の方と中継して話を聞くなど、自分たちでさまざまな情報を収集する時間はそれなりに用意されていた。結局のところ実際に何らかの業務を体験することはなく、ほとんどの時間はグループワークとして話し合いと資料作成のために使用する形態であった。3日間とも振り返りやフィードバックの時間が設けられており、チームへの貢献度や自分のふるまいについて考えさせられた。社員はずっと「圧倒的成長」や「本気」ということを言い続けていたが、具体性はなかった。</p>
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p07">インターンシップで得たものや成長できた点</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  チームのメンバーが優秀であり、議論や資料作成、実際の発表はどれも上手くいった。話し方や資料の作り方など他の学生から学ぶところが大きかった。一方でインターンシップの内容は私の期待していたものとは異なっていた。というより、そもそも仕事体験がなされていない時点でインターンシップとは呼べるようなものではなかった。3日間のほとんどの時間はグループワークとして発表準備のために存在し、参加意義を見出せなかった。発表会を行うためにインターンシップにエントリーしたわけではもちろんない。インターンシップ参加前も参加中も社員が「成長」と言い続けていたが、発表会を行うことがいかなる成長につながるのか言及がなく、思考が空疎であると感じた。</p>

  当初の予定通り金融業界を見ている。その中で社風が自分に合うかといったことも含めてしっかりと企業を見ている。今回のインターンシップ参加を通じてキャッシュレス業界は面白いと感じたが、将来性に疑問もあり、継続的に他の金融系企業も見ていきたい。</p>

  本インターンシップは単なる発表会であるし、参加したからといって業界理解が深まるか疑問。他人と議論しプレゼンをすることで自分の議論や表現のスキルを向上させることができると考えるならば、ぜひ参加すべきであろう。しかしそのような時間を割くことに意味を感じないのであれば、ジェーシービーは説明会等積極的に行っているので、そうしたものに参加すれば企業研究はじゅうぶんに行えるため、インターンシップにエントリーすることは時間のロスにつながる。</span></p><?php  echo $this->element('column_company_link'); ?>

  世の中にどのような企業があり、各企業がどのようなビジネスを展開しているのか、自らの視野を広げる目的で様々な企業に応募するように心掛けていた。理系文系の枠組みにとらわれず広くビジネスの世界を知り、自らに最も向いている職種が何であるかを見定めたいという思いから参加を決断した。また、特にコンサルティング業界に興味があったのだが、GDやケース問題に取り組むにあたり様々な業界の知識を仕入れておきたいという思いも少しあった。</p>

  選考はなかった。そのためこの企業に向けた対策は特に行わず、<span class="hide_box_4">他の企業に広く通ずるような対策を行っていた。特に、コンサルティング業界を志望していたため、GD、フェルミ推定、ケース問題の対策に力を入れていた。</p>
  
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p17">インターンシップで体験した仕事内容</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  業界理解を目的としたインターンであった。具体的なコンテンツとしては、会社説明とワークであった。<br>
  会社説明では金融業界の中でも特に、決済業界について説明があった。現金以外の支払い手段を世の中に普及させることで、「新しいお金の在り方」の提案・流布しているとのことである。個々人、企業、政府を対象とすることで、個人消費、経済的消費、社会的消費の全てを刺激し、経済の活性化を図っているとのことだった。また、決済業界の中でも特に、カード会社のビジネスモデルについて紹介があった。<br>
  会社説明の後、6人チームでワークを２つを行った。１つめの内容は資料読解型で、いくつかの施策の中からインパクトを評価し、最適なものを実行するというもの。額面が費用に大きく、金融業界ならではのインパクトの大きさが体感できるのだが、計算を分業して行う必要があり少々大変だった。2つ目の内容は企画型で、ある地域に対してインバウンドを主軸にした経済活性化案を作るという内容であった。

  カード会社のビジネスモデルについて理解が深まった。まず消費者、カード加盟店、カード会社の三角関係が存在し、その中でカード会社は消費者からカード加盟店への支払い代行を担当して手数料を取るというモデルであった。<br>
  また、カード会社にはカード発行会社とブランド会社が存在することを知った。カードのそのものを発行するカード発行会社はいくらでもあるが、VISAやJCBなど実際の決済システムを有するブランド会社は世界でも7社程度とのことであった。中でもJCBは、カード発行会社とブランド会社の両方の特徴を併せ持っているとのことであった。</p>

  JCBは三井住友カードと並び、決済業界でトップクラスの人気を誇る企業です。インターンに参加してみて、JCBの魅力の一つは非常に幅広い経験を詰める点だと思いました。カード会社は消費鎖の支払い代行を行うことで手数料を得るため、消費が増えれば収益が増えます。そこで、カード会社は収益を増やすべく、各カード加盟店に対して消費を刺激するための施策の提案を行います。提案を通して、様々な業種業態の会社と関わることができるため、非常に幅広い経験を積むことができるようでした。私はワンデーのインターンのみに参加しましたが、もう少し日程の長いインターンもあるようです。JCBの志望度が高い方は、そちらへの参加も検討するとよいでしょう。</span></p>

  当時の状況としては旅行業界に関して興味を持っていたが全体的に他の業界に対しての業界研究が進んでいなかったためより多くの業界に触れたいと思っていた。以前にクレジットカード会社のコールセンターでアルバイトをしていた経験もあったためクレジットカードに当時は少し興味があり、日本のクレジットカード会社であるジェーシービーに興味を持った。また、時期的にもインターン経験が少なく、早いうちにグループワーク等の経験を積みたかったため選考がないこのインターンで少しでも場慣れをしておきたかった。</p>

  大きくわけで業界・企業説明、グループワークの二つに分かれる。業界説明では全体的なクレジットカード業界の歴史や分類、業界全体が抱えている課題や今後の流れ、方向性に関する説明が行われた。企業説明の部分ではやはり世界で唯一の日本のクレジットカード会社である部分に対しての説明が多くそんなジェーシービーの役割やクレジットカード業界における立ち位置などの説明がされた。グループワークは地方地域でのクレジットカードの利用促進(導入促進)策を考えるという内容だった。各グループ6名程度で行い、最後に隣のグループと相互に発表し合う。全体で数十グループの参加者がいるため社員が見回っている様子はなく、今後の選考への影響はまずないとみていい。自分を含めて、クレジットカード業界に対して理解がない学生が大半なので先程の業界説明などや日頃耳にするニュースをもとになんとか推測しながら策を作っていく。旅行系の題材を使った促進策を考える班が多かった印象がある。</p>

  冒頭の業界説明や企業説明のパートで基本的な理解を得ることはできた。しかしその後のグループワークはいまいち趣旨が分からない。特にフォローもなく放置、発表を見られるわけでもフィードバックがあるわけでもない、ただやって終わり。このグループワークを通して業界や企業に対して何かを学べることはなかった。会場が広く数え切れないほどの参加者がいたためそれぞれのグループを見ることができないのは理解できるがそれにしても全体的に流れ作業感があった。もう少しやり方を考えて欲しい。</p>

  これは例年わりと早い段階で開催されるインターンなので業界がしっかりと決まっている人はこの時点では少ないと思う。自分のように興味がある分野ゆ業界が一つ二つある学生は多少いると思うが後々のギャップや後悔を減らす意味でも多くのインターンや説明会に出向き様々な業界に触れる機会を作るべきだと考える。そのためクレジットカード業界の基本的な業界研究を目的とするなら前半の説明会パートが役に立つと考える。しかし、個人的な意見だが上でも触れたように後半のグループワークパートはあまり有益ではない。そのためとくにジェーシービーにこだわりがないなら他のクレジットカード会社のインターンに参加するのも選択肢の一つだと考える。だが、ジェーシービーの次ステップ以降のインターンに進みたければ参加は必須。</span></p>

  インターンシップに参加したきっかけは、事前に参加した1dayのインターンシップが非常に充実をしていて、より多くのことを学びたいと思ったからです。JCBを知るきっかけは合同説明会でたまたま説明を聞いたことなのですが、それ以降は様々なイベントに参加するたびに志望度が上がっていきました。選考を経ての3daysのインターンシップは参加者に本選考で有利になるので、力を入れてインターンシップの参加を目指しました。</p>

  インターンシップでは直接業務をするのではなく、与えられるワークを通して模擬的に業務を体験するようになります。その内容はキャッシュレスソリューションを用いた社会課題の解決に関する事業提案で、ある国をターゲットにして施策を議論します。<br>
  1日目に全員が自己紹介をし、その内容を聞いたうえで学生たちで声を掛け合う形でチームをつくります。そのチームは3日間ほとんどの時間を過ごすチームになります。<br>
  メインとなるワークではJCBが実際に有している強みや事例を考えた上で、独自性や具体性のあるビジネスモデルをつくりあげていきます。最終日には社員の方を前にプレゼンをし、順位付けも行いました。その後はかなりの時間をかけてフィードバックを実施しました。学生相互やチームに対して、個人に対してなど、厳しい意見も率直に言ってもらえる良い機会であったと思います。実際の業務を体験することはできませんが、JCBの仕事や社員の方の雰囲気を十分に理解できる内容でした。</p>

  学生としてではなく、社会人、部下として3日間を過ごすので、人として大きな成長をすることができました。様々な企業のインターンシップに参加しましたが、JCBのインターンシップが群を抜いて成長を実感できるものでした。厳しい言葉をかけられ、徹夜をしてまで議論をし、一つのものを創り出していくという体験は他では味わえないものだと思いますし、熱量も圧倒的だったので、最終日には思わず涙がこみ上げる程の充実感がありました。</p>

  就活サイトからのお知らせメールが参加のきっかけです。元々金融を志望していましたが、カード業界は未知の領域だったので学べることも多いかと思い応募しました。また、このインターンシップにエントリーするためには1dayで説明会を兼ねたグループディスカッション形式のワークに参加しなければならないのですが、当初その1dayがインターンシップだと勘違いをしており、軽い意気込みで参加したところ、正式に選考ルートに乗ったことを後から知ることとなりました。</p>

  ESはありません。Webテストとグループディスカッションで決まります。後から社員さんに伺ったところ、<span class="hide_box_4">Webテストの通過率はかなり低めだそうです。グループディスカッションのテーマは、複数提示された新しいキャッシュレス決済方法のうち、どれが最適かその理由を含め結論づけるという内容でした。</p>
  
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p50">インターンシップで体験した仕事内容</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  「新しいキャッシュレス決済を作れ」というかなりざっくりしたテーマです。5日間共に活動するグループを自分たちで作るところから始まります。初めに自己紹介シートを記入したり、グループ名を考えたりといった準備を経て、少し企業説明の時間は設けられますが、全体的にほぼ新事業立案行程で占められています。中間プレゼンテーションや最終プレゼンテーションの後、優勝チームを決めることとなります。またディスカッションだけでなく、社員への細やかな中間報告など、実際の社員として働くことを想定されています。したがって、未就業の大学生に対してビジネスマナーも細かくケチをつけてくるのでご注意ください(笑)。また、先述の通りテーマがかなり広いことに加えて細かいルールは無いので、良く言えば「クリエイティブ」ですが悪く言えば「誘導ほぼゼロ」です。総じて難易度高いは高いと思われます。また、かなり自己主張の強い方々が選考で勝ち上がっているので、クセが強くグループの結束を目指すこともまた至難の業です。濃密な5日間になること間違いなしです。</p>

  理不尽(を装っているだけかもしれませんが)な社員さんたちや、クセの強い学生たちとどう接していくかかなり勉強になりました。正直新事業立案といっても最終的にどのチームも革新的なものではなくどれも見たことがあるのようなものばかりで、テーマ本体を通じた学びはそれほどありませんでした。しかし、グループディスカッションでの立ち回りは、後々他企業のグループディスカッション選考で大いに役立ちましたし、学ぶことも沢山ありました。</p>

  就職活動はインターンシップで決まる、と意気込んでいる後輩が多いように感じます。しかし、インターンシップをプレ選考と捉えるよりも、企業を深く知ることができる絶好の機会と思い、肩の力を抜くことで案外上手くいくものです。面接やグループディスカッションで場馴れをしていない段階で、あまりにも自分を取り繕って選考に臨んでしまうと、かえって悪印象を与え本選考でも不利になってしまう可能性があります。大学3年生のこの時期から就職活動を見据えて早めに行動しているだけでも素晴らしいことなのです。自信をもって、頑張ってください！</span></p>

  エントリーシートや面接等の選考はありません。予約のみとなっています。ただ<span class="hide_box_4">席が埋まるのがかなり早かった印象なので志望度が高い方は注意しておくと良いと思います。私の時は、合同説明会などでブースへ行くと出欠が取られ、インターンシップの予約も取りやすくなっていたので合同説明会へ行った際はブースに立ち寄ってみるといいと思います。</p>

  内容は大きく分けて２つです。基調講演とボードゲームとなっています。<br>
  基調講演では、会社について簡潔に分かりやすく説明してくださります。一切知識がない方も安心してインターンシップに参加することができます。<br>
  ボードゲームは、仕事理解に繋がるゲームとなっています。グループでゲームを行い、グループ対抗の形式です。クレジットカード発行会社とブランドかいしに分かれて行うものになっていて、どちらも入れ替えを行い体験するようになっています。<br>
  具体的な内容はブランド会社がクレジットカード発行会社に複数あるブランド会社（他のグループ）の中から自分のブランドカードを選んでもらいカードを発行してもらうよう働きかけます。 ブランド会社はクレジットカード発行会社に対して擬似営業を行い、自社のメリットを相手に伝えます。クレジットカード発行会社は、どのブランド会社を選べば相乗効果が生まれ、カード利用者が増えるか？という視点で相手を選定します。結果は全て点数化されスクリーンで見ることができます。</p>

  クレジットカード業界に対する理解が深まりました。今まで今後成長していく業界だという認識がありましたが具体的にどのような仕事をしているのかは理解していませんでした。しかし、ボードゲームを使って分かりやすく仕事を擬似体験できるためしっかり理解できました。また、グループワークであるため、グループワーク慣れをすることもできると思います。他のインターンシップにありがちな小難しいゲームではなく、実際に擬似営業を行うなど楽しいゲームとなっているので、クレジットカード業界に関心がある人もこれから理解を深めたい人もおススメです。</p>

  大学四年生の3月から一から業界分析からしているとかなりハードになるた業界分析は早めに終わらせておいた方が良いと思います。また、jcbは複数日程のインターンもあります。インターンに落ちても、本選考に影響はまったくないためテスト練習や選考練習目的でも受けると良いと思います。</span></p>

  半日ほどのインターシップだったのですが、前半と後半に分かれた二部構成でした。前半は、クレジットカード会社や業界に関すること、そしてジェーシービー自体についての説明を受けました。クレジットカードの仕組みだけではなく、実際にクレジットカード会社はどんなサービスで、どんな業務をしているのかも具体的に教えていただけました。特に印象的だったのは、「競合しているのは『現金決済』」というお話です。現金支払が主流の日本において、決済する機会をクレジットカードを通して増やせれば、もっと経済を活発したい、という旨でした。会社もしくは社会が直面している課題を正直に伝えてくれていました。<br>
  後半では、カード業界と会社の説明をふまえ、グループワークを行いました。6人前後のテーブルで、すごろくのようなボードゲームを使って最終的な利益を競う、といった形のものでした。まずグループ内でそれぞれカード発行会社と国際カードブランド会社に分かれて、カードや駒、お金などを使って各事例ごとにゲームを進めていきます。最後にはテーブルを超えて会場全体でも競い合い、利益を一番多く出せたら勝ち、といったワークでした。作戦などを練るため意外と頭を使いました。

  このインターシップに参加する前は、そもそもカード発行会社と国際ブランド会社の区別すらついていませんでした。今回のを参加通して、クレジットカードの仕組みをより詳しく知ることができました。また、グループワークをする上で、チームメンバーで協力することの大切さや自分で意見を発信することの大切さを学びました。自分たちが今どんな現状で、どんな課題があって、それをどういった形で解決していくべきなのかを常に考えてくことが仕事というものなのでは、と感じることができました。

  インターシップは早いうちから会社、社会、そして社会人の方と直接関わることができるとても良い機会です。バイトやサークルなどに毎日精を出すのも大学生の醍醐味ではありますが、一度このような機会に足を運ぶことで新たな発見に出会える可能性があります。一日のインターシップであれば予定も立てやすく、それほど大掛かりなものではないため、一度参加しておくことを大いにオススメします。わたしは参加するまでは戸惑うこともありましたが、いざ参加すると意外とすんなりと事が運ぶことが多かったです。ぜひ積極的に動いてみてください。

  金融業界に興味があり、その中でもクレジットカード業界について理解を深めたかったから。特にジェーシービーは様々な媒体で就活生向けに会社紹介を行っていて見かける機会が多く、日本唯一のブランドホルダーであると知り、クレジットカード会社としても特別な位置にあることから、参加するのであれば他ではなくジェーシービーのインターンシップで業界研究を進めたいと考えたから。会社規模も大きく、会社紹介もふまえて自分が実際に働くことになったとしても全国で活躍し成長できる場所であると考え、興味が湧いた。</p>

  特にありません。事前に簡単な会社・業界紹介のセミナー（動画配信）があり、それをしっかり視聴しました。</p>

  エントリーシートではインターンシップの志望動機と学生時代に注力していることを問われた。面接は10分間しかなく、<span class="hide_box_4">エントリーシートにもとづきそこに書かれている内容にまつわる質問をいくつか受けた。キャッシュレス事業に興味を持った理由や、学生時代に力を入れてきたことの詳細など、限られた時間の中で面接官がいくつかピックアップして質問する形式であった。</p>
  
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p06">インターンシップで体験した仕事内容</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  3日間を通じてチームでグループワークに取り組んだが、仕事体験ではなかった。インド、インドネシア、ベトナムのうちから一か国を選択し、その国の社会を大きく変えるようなビジネスをジェーシービーのアセットを用いて考え提案する、というのがその内容であった。したがってインターンシップであるにもかかわらず仕事体験は行えず、単なるグループ発表会となっていた。ただ、途中で社員の方にいつでも質問したり、これら3か国に実際に駐在している/いた社員の方と中継して話を聞くなど、自分たちでさまざまな情報を収集する時間はそれなりに用意されていた。結局のところ実際に何らかの業務を体験することはなく、ほとんどの時間はグループワークとして話し合いと資料作成のために使用する形態であった。3日間とも振り返りやフィードバックの時間が設けられており、チームへの貢献度や自分のふるまいについて考えさせられた。社員はずっと「圧倒的成長」や「本気」ということを言い続けていたが、具体性はなかった。</p>
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p07">インターンシップで得たものや成長できた点</h3>

  チームのメンバーが優秀であり、議論や資料作成、実際の発表はどれも上手くいった。話し方や資料の作り方など他の学生から学ぶところが大きかった。一方でインターンシップの内容は私の期待していたものとは異なっていた。というより、そもそも仕事体験がなされていない時点でインターンシップとは呼べるようなものではなかった。3日間のほとんどの時間はグループワークとして発表準備のために存在し、参加意義を見出せなかった。発表会を行うためにインターンシップにエントリーしたわけではもちろんない。インターンシップ参加前も参加中も社員が「成長」と言い続けていたが、発表会を行うことがいかなる成長につながるのか言及がなく、思考が空疎であると感じた。</p>

  当初の予定通り金融業界を見ている。その中で社風が自分に合うかといったことも含めてしっかりと企業を見ている。今回のインターンシップ参加を通じてキャッシュレス業界は面白いと感じたが、将来性に疑問もあり、継続的に他の金融系企業も見ていきたい。</p>

  世の中にどのような企業があり、各企業がどのようなビジネスを展開しているのか、自らの視野を広げる目的で様々な企業に応募するように心掛けていた。理系文系の枠組みにとらわれず広くビジネスの世界を知り、自らに最も向いている職種が何であるかを見定めたいという思いから参加を決断した。また、特にコンサルティング業界に興味があったのだが、GDやケース問題に取り組むにあたり様々な業界の知識を仕入れておきたいという思いも少しあった。</p>

  選考はなかった。そのためこの企業に向けた対策は特に行わず、<span class="hide_box_4">他の企業に広く通ずるような対策を行っていた。特に、コンサルティング業界を志望していたため、GD、フェルミ推定、ケース問題の対策に力を入れていた。</p>
  
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p17">インターンシップで体験した仕事内容</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  業界理解を目的としたインターンであった。具体的なコンテンツとしては、会社説明とワークであった。<br>
  会社説明では金融業界の中でも特に、決済業界について説明があった。現金以外の支払い手段を世の中に普及させることで、「新しいお金の在り方」の提案・流布しているとのことである。個々人、企業、政府を対象とすることで、個人消費、経済的消費、社会的消費の全てを刺激し、経済の活性化を図っているとのことだった。また、決済業界の中でも特に、カード会社のビジネスモデルについて紹介があった。<br>
  会社説明の後、6人チームでワークを２つを行った。１つめの内容は資料読解型で、いくつかの施策の中からインパクトを評価し、最適なものを実行するというもの。額面が費用に大きく、金融業界ならではのインパクトの大きさが体感できるのだが、計算を分業して行う必要があり少々大変だった。2つ目の内容は企画型で、ある地域に対してインバウンドを主軸にした経済活性化案を作るという内容であった。

  カード会社のビジネスモデルについて理解が深まった。まず消費者、カード加盟店、カード会社の三角関係が存在し、その中でカード会社は消費者からカード加盟店への支払い代行を担当して手数料を取るというモデルであった。<br>
  また、カード会社にはカード発行会社とブランド会社が存在することを知った。カードのそのものを発行するカード発行会社はいくらでもあるが、VISAやJCBなど実際の決済システムを有するブランド会社は世界でも7社程度とのことであった。中でもJCBは、カード発行会社とブランド会社の両方の特徴を併せ持っているとのことであった。</p>

  JCBは三井住友カードと並び、決済業界でトップクラスの人気を誇る企業です。インターンに参加してみて、JCBの魅力の一つは非常に幅広い経験を詰める点だと思いました。カード会社は消費鎖の支払い代行を行うことで手数料を得るため、消費が増えれば収益が増えます。そこで、カード会社は収益を増やすべく、各カード加盟店に対して消費を刺激するための施策の提案を行います。提案を通して、様々な業種業態の会社と関わることができるため、非常に幅広い経験を積むことができるようでした。私はワンデーのインターンのみに参加しましたが、もう少し日程の長いインターンもあるようです。JCBの志望度が高い方は、そちらへの参加も検討するとよいでしょう。</span></p>

  当時の状況としては旅行業界に関して興味を持っていたが全体的に他の業界に対しての業界研究が進んでいなかったためより多くの業界に触れたいと思っていた。以前にクレジットカード会社のコールセンターでアルバイトをしていた経験もあったためクレジットカードに当時は少し興味があり、日本のクレジットカード会社であるジェーシービーに興味を持った。また、時期的にもインターン経験が少なく、早いうちにグループワーク等の経験を積みたかったため選考がないこのインターンで少しでも場慣れをしておきたかった。</p>

  大きくわけで業界・企業説明、グループワークの二つに分かれる。業界説明では全体的なクレジットカード業界の歴史や分類、業界全体が抱えている課題や今後の流れ、方向性に関する説明が行われた。企業説明の部分ではやはり世界で唯一の日本のクレジットカード会社である部分に対しての説明が多くそんなジェーシービーの役割やクレジットカード業界における立ち位置などの説明がされた。グループワークは地方地域でのクレジットカードの利用促進(導入促進)策を考えるという内容だった。各グループ6名程度で行い、最後に隣のグループと相互に発表し合う。全体で数十グループの参加者がいるため社員が見回っている様子はなく、今後の選考への影響はまずないとみていい。自分を含めて、クレジットカード業界に対して理解がない学生が大半なので先程の業界説明などや日頃耳にするニュースをもとになんとか推測しながら策を作っていく。旅行系の題材を使った促進策を考える班が多かった印象がある。</p>

  冒頭の業界説明や企業説明のパートで基本的な理解を得ることはできた。しかしその後のグループワークはいまいち趣旨が分からない。特にフォローもなく放置、発表を見られるわけでもフィードバックがあるわけでもない、ただやって終わり。このグループワークを通して業界や企業に対して何かを学べることはなかった。会場が広く数え切れないほどの参加者がいたためそれぞれのグループを見ることができないのは理解できるがそれにしても全体的に流れ作業感があった。もう少しやり方を考えて欲しい。</p>

  これは例年わりと早い段階で開催されるインターンなので業界がしっかりと決まっている人はこの時点では少ないと思う。自分のように興味がある分野ゆ業界が一つ二つある学生は多少いると思うが後々のギャップや後悔を減らす意味でも多くのインターンや説明会に出向き様々な業界に触れる機会を作るべきだと考える。そのためクレジットカード業界の基本的な業界研究を目的とするなら前半の説明会パートが役に立つと考える。しかし、個人的な意見だが上でも触れたように後半のグループワークパートはあまり有益ではない。そのためとくにジェーシービーにこだわりがないなら他のクレジットカード会社のインターンに参加するのも選択肢の一つだと考える。だが、ジェーシービーの次ステップ以降のインターンに進みたければ参加は必須。</span></p>

  インターンシップに参加したきっかけは、事前に参加した1dayのインターンシップが非常に充実をしていて、より多くのことを学びたいと思ったからです。JCBを知るきっかけは合同説明会でたまたま説明を聞いたことなのですが、それ以降は様々なイベントに参加するたびに志望度が上がっていきました。選考を経ての3daysのインターンシップは参加者に本選考で有利になるので、力を入れてインターンシップの参加を目指しました。</p>

  インターンシップでは直接業務をするのではなく、与えられるワークを通して模擬的に業務を体験するようになります。その内容はキャッシュレスソリューションを用いた社会課題の解決に関する事業提案で、ある国をターゲットにして施策を議論します。<br>
  1日目に全員が自己紹介をし、その内容を聞いたうえで学生たちで声を掛け合う形でチームをつくります。そのチームは3日間ほとんどの時間を過ごすチームになります。<br>
  メインとなるワークではJCBが実際に有している強みや事例を考えた上で、独自性や具体性のあるビジネスモデルをつくりあげていきます。最終日には社員の方を前にプレゼンをし、順位付けも行いました。その後はかなりの時間をかけてフィードバックを実施しました。学生相互やチームに対して、個人に対してなど、厳しい意見も率直に言ってもらえる良い機会であったと思います。実際の業務を体験することはできませんが、JCBの仕事や社員の方の雰囲気を十分に理解できる内容でした。</p>

  学生としてではなく、社会人、部下として3日間を過ごすので、人として大きな成長をすることができました。様々な企業のインターンシップに参加しましたが、JCBのインターンシップが群を抜いて成長を実感できるものでした。厳しい言葉をかけられ、徹夜をしてまで議論をし、一つのものを創り出していくという体験は他では味わえないものだと思いますし、熱量も圧倒的だったので、最終日には思わず涙がこみ上げる程の充実感がありました。</p>

  最もよかったインターンシップと聞かれたときに、迷わず一番と言えるほどJCBのインターンシップは充実したものでした。参加を希望する学生も多く、限られた座席を確保する必要はありますが、参加した暁には圧倒的な成長が待っていると思います。私自身の後悔している部分としては、インターンシップ参加までにカード業界の理解が十分できていなかったことが挙げられます。自身の体験をより良いものにするために、万全の準備をすること、そして参加当日には全力で行動することを意識して臨んでください。</span></p>

  就活サイトからのお知らせメールが参加のきっかけです。元々金融を志望していましたが、カード業界は未知の領域だったので学べることも多いかと思い応募しました。また、このインターンシップにエントリーするためには1dayで説明会を兼ねたグループディスカッション形式のワークに参加しなければならないのですが、当初その1dayがインターンシップだと勘違いをしており、軽い意気込みで参加したところ、正式に選考ルートに乗ったことを後から知ることとなりました。</p>

  特にありません。企業研究や自己分析の綿密さが求められる選考ではありませんでした。</p>

  ESはありません。Webテストとグループディスカッションで決まります。後から社員さんに伺ったところ、<span class="hide_box_4">Webテストの通過率はかなり低めだそうです。グループディスカッションのテーマは、複数提示された新しいキャッシュレス決済方法のうち、どれが最適かその理由を含め結論づけるという内容でした。</p>
  
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p50">インターンシップで体験した仕事内容</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  「新しいキャッシュレス決済を作れ」というかなりざっくりしたテーマです。5日間共に活動するグループを自分たちで作るところから始まります。初めに自己紹介シートを記入したり、グループ名を考えたりといった準備を経て、少し企業説明の時間は設けられますが、全体的にほぼ新事業立案行程で占められています。中間プレゼンテーションや最終プレゼンテーションの後、優勝チームを決めることとなります。またディスカッションだけでなく、社員への細やかな中間報告など、実際の社員として働くことを想定されています。したがって、未就業の大学生に対してビジネスマナーも細かくケチをつけてくるのでご注意ください(笑)。また、先述の通りテーマがかなり広いことに加えて細かいルールは無いので、良く言えば「クリエイティブ」ですが悪く言えば「誘導ほぼゼロ」です。総じて難易度高いは高いと思われます。また、かなり自己主張の強い方々が選考で勝ち上がっているので、クセが強くグループの結束を目指すこともまた至難の業です。濃密な5日間になること間違いなしです。</p>

  理不尽(を装っているだけかもしれませんが)な社員さんたちや、クセの強い学生たちとどう接していくかかなり勉強になりました。正直新事業立案といっても最終的にどのチームも革新的なものではなくどれも見たことがあるのようなものばかりで、テーマ本体を通じた学びはそれほどありませんでした。しかし、グループディスカッションでの立ち回りは、後々他企業のグループディスカッション選考で大いに役立ちましたし、学ぶことも沢山ありました。</p>

  金融業界の第1志望企業に内定をいただき、就職活動は終了致しました。理由としましては、金融のなかでも様々な企業の経営体制を指導できる業務は他に2つとないからです。このインターンシップを通して、自分がカード業界にマッチしないことを肌で感じ本選考にはエントリーしませんでしたが、非常に良い経験をさせていただきました。</p>

  コミュニケーション能力やリーダーシップに自信のある方はぜひ応募してみてください。同じようなリーダー志向強めの方々が集結したとき、自分がどのような役回りになるのかを把握することは非常に大切です。「船頭多くして船山に上る」状態を生で体験できる素敵な機会になることと思います。</p>

  就職活動はインターンシップで決まる、と意気込んでいる後輩が多いように感じます。しかし、インターンシップをプレ選考と捉えるよりも、企業を深く知ることができる絶好の機会と思い、肩の力を抜くことで案外上手くいくものです。面接やグループディスカッションで場馴れをしていない段階で、あまりにも自分を取り繕って選考に臨んでしまうと、かえって悪印象を与え本選考でも不利になってしまう可能性があります。大学3年生のこの時期から就職活動を見据えて早めに行動しているだけでも素晴らしいことなのです。自信をもって、頑張ってください！</span></p>

  本選考が始まるまでに様々な業界をしり、三月までに受験企業を選定しておきたかったためです。金融業界に関心がありましたがそれまで生命、損保、証券ばかりでクレジットカードはまだ当時一切見ていなかったため少しでも知見を広げたいと思いました。クレジットカード業界への知識は一切なく、仕事内容もあまり理解していませんでしたがこれからキャッシュレスが進むため、成長が期待される業界であるため就職活動を行う上で一度は業界を見ておくべきだと考えていました。</p>

  エントリーシートや面接等の選考はありません。予約のみとなっています。ただ<span class="hide_box_4">席が埋まるのがかなり早かった印象なので志望度が高い方は注意しておくと良いと思います。私の時は、合同説明会などでブースへ行くと出欠が取られ、インターンシップの予約も取りやすくなっていたので合同説明会へ行った際はブースに立ち寄ってみるといいと思います。</p>

  内容は大きく分けて２つです。基調講演とボードゲームとなっています。<br>
  基調講演では、会社について簡潔に分かりやすく説明してくださります。一切知識がない方も安心してインターンシップに参加することができます。<br>
  ボードゲームは、仕事理解に繋がるゲームとなっています。グループでゲームを行い、グループ対抗の形式です。クレジットカード発行会社とブランドかいしに分かれて行うものになっていて、どちらも入れ替えを行い体験するようになっています。<br>
  具体的な内容はブランド会社がクレジットカード発行会社に複数あるブランド会社（他のグループ）の中から自分のブランドカードを選んでもらいカードを発行してもらうよう働きかけます。 ブランド会社はクレジットカード発行会社に対して擬似営業を行い、自社のメリットを相手に伝えます。クレジットカード発行会社は、どのブランド会社を選べば相乗効果が生まれ、カード利用者が増えるか？という視点で相手を選定します。結果は全て点数化されスクリーンで見ることができます。</p>
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p62">インターンシップで得たものや成長できた点</h3>

  クレジットカード業界に対する理解が深まりました。今まで今後成長していく業界だという認識がありましたが具体的にどのような仕事をしているのかは理解していませんでした。しかし、ボードゲームを使って分かりやすく仕事を擬似体験できるためしっかり理解できました。また、グループワークであるため、グループワーク慣れをすることもできると思います。他のインターンシップにありがちな小難しいゲームではなく、実際に擬似営業を行うなど楽しいゲームとなっているので、クレジットカード業界に関心がある人もこれから理解を深めたい人もおススメです。</p>

  大学四年生の3月から一から業界分析からしているとかなりハードになるた業界分析は早めに終わらせておいた方が良いと思います。また、jcbは複数日程のインターンもあります。インターンに落ちても、本選考に影響はまったくないためテスト練習や選考練習目的でも受けると良いと思います。</span></p>

  インターシップに参加するのに、<span class="hide_box_4">特にこれといったエントリーシートの提出や、ES通過後にある面接などはありませんでした。ただ、一日のインターンに参加すると、その後五日間ほどのインターンに参加するための受験資格が貰え、そこでは面接があるようです。

  <p class="column-p">
  半日ほどのインターシップだったのですが、前半と後半に分かれた二部構成でした。前半は、クレジットカード会社や業界に関すること、そしてジェーシービー自体についての説明を受けました。クレジットカードの仕組みだけではなく、実際にクレジットカード会社はどんなサービスで、どんな業務をしているのかも具体的に教えていただけました。特に印象的だったのは、「競合しているのは『現金決済』」というお話です。現金支払が主流の日本において、決済する機会をクレジットカードを通して増やせれば、もっと経済を活発したい、という旨でした。会社もしくは社会が直面している課題を正直に伝えてくれていました。<br>
  後半では、カード業界と会社の説明をふまえ、グループワークを行いました。6人前後のテーブルで、すごろくのようなボードゲームを使って最終的な利益を競う、といった形のものでした。まずグループ内でそれぞれカード発行会社と国際カードブランド会社に分かれて、カードや駒、お金などを使って各事例ごとにゲームを進めていきます。最後にはテーブルを超えて会場全体でも競い合い、利益を一番多く出せたら勝ち、といったワークでした。作戦などを練るため意外と頭を使いました。

  このインターシップに参加する前は、そもそもカード発行会社と国際ブランド会社の区別すらついていませんでした。今回のを参加通して、クレジットカードの仕組みをより詳しく知ることができました。また、グループワークをする上で、チームメンバーで協力することの大切さや自分で意見を発信することの大切さを学びました。自分たちが今どんな現状で、どんな課題があって、それをどういった形で解決していくべきなのかを常に考えてくことが仕事というものなのでは、と感じることができました。

  広告業界やメーカー、商社に興味が出てきました。というのも、クレジットカードはあらゆる商品やサービス、人をビジネスの対象にするため、いろんな商材を扱えることが楽しいと感じたためです。そういった意味では、広告業界や商社なども、多種多様な業界をクライアントにするという点では共通していると思うからです。

  クレジットカードを一枚でも持っている学生、そして少しでもカード業界に興味を持っている学生にオススメです。参加自体も気軽にできますし、その会社に就職しないにしてもその後の就活における気付きにつながることがあります。とりあえず参加、でも全く問題ないと思います。

  インターシップは早いうちから会社、社会、そして社会人の方と直接関わることができるとても良い機会です。バイトやサークルなどに毎日精を出すのも大学生の醍醐味ではありますが、一度このような機会に足を運ぶことで新たな発見に出会える可能性があります。一日のインターシップであれば予定も立てやすく、それほど大掛かりなものではないため、一度参加しておくことを大いにオススメします。わたしは参加するまでは戸惑うこともありましたが、いざ参加すると意外とすんなりと事が運ぶことが多かったです。ぜひ積極的に動いてみてください。
